It is my personal mission to share that Pilates is for everybody and every BODY, regardless of age, body type, fitness level, injuries or medical conditions. Sadly, I hear from a lot of people that they think they need to lose 20 lbs or gain more flexibility before beginning a Pilates practice. You just need to meet your body where it is right now and start your practice.
Pilates for the People is a closed group that is a safe place for students of the method to share where you are in your Pilates practice. Learn more about Pilates, ask your questions, share your progress and be supported by me and the rest of the community.
