Studio Info

Session Information:

  • All sessions are by appointment only.
  • New students, even those with experience in Pilates, must take the “New Student Intro”.
  • “New Student Intro” sessions are 45 minutes in length and are one time only.
  • All appointments and sessions are 55 minutes in length (except “New Student Intro”)
  • Payments and packages must be paid in full prior to scheduling your appointment.
  • Please wear comfortable workout clothes. No jewelry or clothes with zippers, toggles, etc.
  • Please take shoes off before entering the studio and place inside the door as you enter
  • You may want to bring items such as a towel, a bottle of water, etc.

Session Rates:

  • “New Student Intro” – 3 45 minute sessions – $120 – (4 week expiration)
  • Single Appointment Session – $60
  • 5 pack of sessions – $275 – (6 week expiration)
  • 10 pack of sessions- $500 – (12 week expiration)

Policies:

  • Sessions are scheduled by appointment only.
  • Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the full session fee being charged.
  • In the case of inclement weather, if Worcester Public schools are closed the studio will be closed and all sessions cancelled and rescheduled.
  • Session payments can be made by cash, check or credit card.
  • Payments and packages must be paid in full prior to scheduling your appointment.
  • There is a $30 charge for returned checks
  • Packages will not be placed on hold unless it is due to an injury and a doctor’s note must be presented. All packages must be used up within the expiration time period.

Location and Parking:

  • The studio is located at 30 Sever Street, Suite 2
  • The studio is located on the first floor of the big blue house on the corner of Sever Street and Cedar Street
  • There is free parking on the street or in the parking lot directly across from the building
